-The Burger Lab-

Located at Khayaban-e-Rahat, adjusent to the Dip Shop. Is another addition to the burger scene in Karachi. Sometimes I wonder what is up with Burgers and Karachi. Its a take away ONLY joint. NO delivery NO dine inn.
First of all hats off to the graphic designing team for making such catchy adverts on the face book page. Something along the lines of what Nandos tried to do with their chicken but several times better.
It was a nicely set up take away counter, with a proper menu board and relevant branding around the counter. Good hygienic place. That I can say since I kept peeking inside the kitchen :D 
So what makes it different then the usual joints located in every nook & cranny of Karachi city ? Well not much actually, if you ask me. But the one thing I love about them is their level of consistency. Iv been there around 5-6 times and have been served with perfect consistency throughout my visits.
The menu consists of the usual Beef & Chicken Choices. A few Sidelines and that's about it no desserts.

Labs Original (Beef), BBQ Chicken Flip, Fire House, Mushroom Cloud.

Wanted to order the cheese bolts BUT they didn't have any which is very odd since its a new item on the menu and I should have been informed while placing the order, but instead was informed after my order was ready hence I couldn't even order another sideline.

Labs Original:
It tasted great, just like before.The additional patty and cheese added to my joy.The last time i had an issue with the over powering black pepper taste, but it wasn't there this time so I loved every bit of my lab experiment. So it remains my favorite.

BBQ Chicken Flip:
This is a new addition to the menu. Grilled Chicken fillet along with cheese, onions, iceberg, tomato & smoke sauce. Priced at PKR 280 I say its the healthiest option since its grilled chicken, plus really filling.

Firehouse:
So this is the best selling item they have in the Chicken Section. A fried Crunchy Chicken Fillet, with lettuce and cheese. Simple interesting flavors. Priced at PKR 270

Mushroom Cloud:
Another beef addition. Really good flavoring, not only did it have the mushroom sauce but it also has mushrooms added, which makes it more flavorsome. PKR 280

Pricing:
The burgers range from PKR225-PKR320. Which I consider to be very reasonable for the size they are offering. You can add fries & a drink for 100 bucks more. The burgers itself are very huge & filling. Plus the price is lesser then the other burger joints and since the consistency is quite good i would prefer going back here.

Overall:
Good value for money
Filling portions
Amazing packaging
Safer area ( as you have to wait for your burger)
Fresh buns and veggies
Easy on the pocket
